Room Hire
Leicester Rowing Club facilities are available for hire 365 days a year (Subject to availability) for any private functions, parties or business meetings and seminars.
Prices start from just £70 and facilities offer a unique setting with a traditional twist and the background of the local waterways will add distinction to your event. A fully stocked bar, wooden sprung dance floor, lounge area for up to 140 people and car parking for over 50 vehicles will all help make your event a success.

Q - How many people can the room hold?
A - The Lounge area can hold a maximum of 40, both rooms together can hold 150
Q - What parking facilities do you have?
A - We have ample free parking onsite with enough spaces for approx 50 cars
Q - What time does the bar close?
A - Leicester Rowing Club has a license until midnight
Q - What drinks do you stock?
A - We have Carling and Tiger on tap along with various bottles, wines and spirits.
Q - Is access available before the event to setup?
A - Yes, we can provide your own access to setup the rooms
Q - Can we hire a DJ or band?
A - Yes, a DJ, band or similar entertainment is fine
Q - Do you provide tables and chairs?
A - There are a number of small tables and chairs in the lounge area and a limited number of larger tables. If you require a sit down meal we suggest you hire your own tables
Q - What food preparation facilities do you have?
A - We have a fully functional kitchen and tables to prepare and serve food
Q - Are there any restricted dates?
A - If the requested date clashes with any major rowing events its possible the room wont be available.
Q - Are the facilities available all year round?
A - Yes but Leicester Rowing Club only has a license to hire its bar for a maximum of 12 events throughout the year, please book early to avoid disapointment.
